Treasury Management Sales Officer - Tampa

Job Description:

The position is responsible for achievement of departmental growth goals in deposits, and fee income categories. Makes retention and business development calls on existing clients and prospects. Documents calls and sales on the weekly commercial production report. Works closely with credit department to underwrite ACH and E-Deposit risk. Develops and implements departmental operating policies and procedures. Expands and refines knowledge of all federal and regulatory guidelines as they pertain to treasury management products and services. Develops and implements training sessions for business development officers of the Bank. Works closely with Deposit operations and Banking Center managers to monitor client activity. Assists in development of treasury management staff, suggesting promotions, additional training and other personnel development needs. Develops and recommends improvements to Bank’s treasury management products and services. Researches, recommends and submits for approval new products, services and technology to serve department. Develops and recommends improvements to existing Bank marketing programs for treasury management products and services. Directs business development activities, such as customer calls on prospects. Advises clients on cash flow management strategies. Represents the Bank in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business. Promotes favorable image of the Bank in all business activities within the community. Know the business including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field

CCM or CTP designation preferred 5+ years in Treasury Management

Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills

Thorough understanding of treasury management products and services

Thorough understanding of regulations pertaining to treasury management, including NACHA rules and BSA compliance

Strong time management and organizational skills

Working knowledge of core bank operating systems

Head Teller - Sarasota

Responsibilities 

Directly manages tellers and oversees all teller line activities. Process transactions accurately and efficiently to build customer confidence and trust, based on established policies and procedures. Acts as ambassador of the Bank, smiles and greets customers and provides teller services. Builds customer loyalty through courtesy and friendliness including addressing each customer by name. Identify customer needs and refer the appropriate products and services. Coaches’ teller team to help grow customer relationships by identifying opportunities and referring to the appropriate salesperson. Oversees daily staffing (including breaks and lunches), to minimize customer wait times and enhance service levels. Facilitates an environment that ensures teamwork within the teller team. Coaches tellers and conducts reviews supported by Branch Manager. 

Qualifications

•High school degree or equivalent required.

•Customer service and cash handling experience required.

• Demonstrated ability to strive for and obtain customer satisfaction.

• 2-3 years teller experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Basic internet skills required. Ability to create, open, delete, and print emails.

• Know the business including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
